2010 年夏天，Ko 到耕地種菜，順道來上水探我，之後去了元朗三上吃日本菜。

翻出了老爸的 Yashica 雙鏡反光相機，初次接觸中幅相機。

三分吹雞帶我同花花去上環素藝舍。中菜 Fine Dining 一向是我喜愛的菜式，私房菜亦給予廚師充分準備，話雖小弟係食肉獸一名，但這仍然是一頓令人驚喜的晚宴。

上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
