一天，Alan 及華哥忽發奇想，想到大伯的舊居銀鳳園走一轉，連同長叔、我 及 Frankie 一同五人吹雞成行。

由同事發起的一次燒烤，地點為馬鞍山郊野公園。

天氣轉涼，又去谷埔食野同買蜜糖。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
