回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
是日約了在香港公園打波，中午到灣仔食飯後，到香港公園閒逛。打完波到港大校友會食飯。
即慶吹雞的平安夜 BBQ，也是第一次去大尾篤燒烤王。
