來到沖繩後，發覺許多地方不似預期，但多了點驚喜。石垣牛、阿古豬不似預期，刺身也沒有想像中好，但沖繩麵卻令人驚喜。沖繩少了一點日本味道，多了一點中國和美國的影子。
歡舖頭裝修，順便重做餐牌，搵左我幫手影相，我就叫埋 Joan 一齊去，多部機多個 backup；又叫埋長叔幫手食野。賽後檢討：唔記得帶燈，打唔走個影，太唔專業了，但老闆又似乎唔多介意。
