回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

文哥到埗當日，到了香港大學舊生會晚膳，剛巧遇上同事在鄰桌飯聚。

阿媽剛落機便到黃大仙美味齋上海菜館吃晚飯。紐約親友每每乘搭聯合航空晚機回港後，都會錯過了晚飯時間，唯獨美味齋營業至凌晨三時，三哥打趣地說，美味齋成了我們到埗後必到都食堂。
