因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

文哥回港，適逢素藝舍轉新菜，位置又方便大家搭車，便順道帶大家吃一頓素菜。

這天即慶到谷埔遊，原因有三，一）有人想買蜜糖；二）日本買了二手相機，總要找個理由試一試；三）夏季將至，襯乍暖還寒之際，有得行山好行了。
