一年一度 Christine 夫婦來港振興經濟，今次他們只逗留廿四小時多一點。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
