因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

久違了的香港圖書館協會海外考察團，雖然我在五月尾才到過新加坡旅遊，但我還是爽快地報了名。一來是這些圖書館並不一定可以隨便參觀，二來是可以憑這次機會跟海外圖書館打交道。
