2008 年和家人到西貢為 Wilson 慶生

每年重陽節前，各圍村都忙於煮盆菜。我住在圍村超過十年，吃最多是上水盆菜，也吃過錦田元朗的盆菜，大致上差不多。是年的大圍盆菜宴，用鹽水鴨、粉絲和蝦做的盆菜，跟北區人以豬肉為主的盆菜不同。

澄澄為 Ken 慶生，安排了火炭工廈的私房菜。

聞名已久。剛好 RubyMichael 約食午飯，一拍即合。
