因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
一直想去一趟上海，因為早跟 Christine&Gary 說過要去打搞他們，酒店訂在豫園旁邊，說明了這次上海之旅（嚴格來說是江南之旅）不像一般遊客要去看外灘、明珠塔等現代化景點，反而嚐試尋找舊江南風味。
