來到沖繩後，發覺許多地方不似預期，但多了點驚喜。石垣牛、阿古豬不似預期，刺身也沒有想像中好，但沖繩麵卻令人驚喜。沖繩少了一點日本味道，多了一點中國和美國的影子。

Greyhound 喺美國係長途巴士公司，仲記得以前由紐約坐去多倫多要成十一個鐘，最難忘係難頂既巴士廁所味，同一位話不投機既鄰座旅客。喺 IFC 見到間餐廳用呢個名，忍唔住入去 fusion 一下。
