年晚訂了鴻星盆菜晚飯，因為太好餸，半盆盆菜留到年初一在上水打邊爐。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
